Gillian Anderson alien substance

Gillian Anderson was famous for her role agent Scully on the X Files. The show was something of a 90’s icon in and of itself. It was the most successful show that Fox had ever had at the time in terms of ratings. She became very famous as a result of the show. Although it was not a part of her character, there was definitely a sexuality in Gillian for sure.

The role that she played was a very serious one, or at least it was played that way. This gave some the idea that it would be very amusing to see her reaction if she was to get covered in sloppy mess. She rarely smiled on the show. There were those who thought that it would be amusing to have a laugh at her expense.

Gillian and her on screen partner David Duchovny were doing a press tour in the UK. They were to appear on a famous 90’s UK television show hosted by a bearded gentleman in a Hawaiian shirt. They had never seen the show really as they were based in America. They did not know what it was all about. This particular show had themes every week. The theme for the week that they would appear was outer space. This fit in with the X Files and their roles. Little did they know that there was to be a vote with some consequences for the loser.

On the show, they appeared in character, to a point. That is they were called Mulder and Scully. They were dressed as they would be on the show. Gillian wore her famous black suit. The host spoke to them. He then revealed that there was an alien sighting and that a tank filled with a strange, gooey alien substance had been discovered. He said that the public would vote for which one of them was to go inside and “investigate”. Of course, everyone knew that this was tongue and cheek and that the host was revealing to gunge inside of a gunge tank. Gillian looked most apprehensive.

The pair were brought out halfway through the show to show the voting results to that point. It was revealed that Mulder had more votes at this point, but it was only 51% to 49%. It was very close. Gillian clapped. She looked at her colleague and laughed. She hoped that the results would hold.

They were finally brought out for the moment of truth. The outer space tank was revealed, it was decorated to look like a space shuttle. Both Gillian and David looked very nervous regarding the outcome of the vote. It was now time for the reveal. It was shown in a graphic where gunge would fill their side of the screen. Both began to fill. They looked even until the very end, when it was shown that Gillian had received 52% of the vote. She laughed and her eyes widened. She buried her face inside of her hands and laughed. David pointed at her and laughed. He was quite gracious though.

The tank door was open and Gillian climbed in. She made a pouty face and waved as David took his place at the side of the tank. He was very happy that this would be happening to Gillian and not to himself. She looked incredibly embarrassed already. The host then told Mulder that he could release the mess and let Scully have it. He smiled and shrugged his shoulders. Gillian closed her eyes and tensed her shoulders up as she braced herself.

When he pulled the lever, sloppy green and orange, lumpy mess began to plop down upon Gillian. It looked like mashed carrots and mushy peas. The orange and green went very well with her red hair. She shook her head as the thick mess fell onto her face and down her body. She screwed up her face and raised an eyebrow upwards as the sloppy mess plopped upon her. Some fell down her neck and down the front of her suit. Her clothes became splattered in sloppy blobs of the lumpy gunge. The audience roared at the sight of what they were witnessing. David clapped.

Sloppy mess fell from her nose and covered good portions of her face. She ran her hands over her face, backwards, pushing some of the mess off. She shook her head and gave a bemused face. She tried not to laugh, but the situation was so silly that she could not help but giggle a bit. There was sloppy gunge splattered all over her body. Her famous suit was splattered with globs of the sloppy mess.
