Katherine Kelly played Becky McDonald on Coronation Street. She went through many ups and downs, but had managed to avoid mess where other Coronation Street actresses and characters had been inundated with mess. This was all about to change dramatically.

Becky had many enemies and was always getting into arguments mainly with other women. Tracy Barlow was among them. They were at each other’s throats and were always looking to take a jab at the other. Both were very mouthy and quite catty. Becky did not mind getting into it with anyone.

Tracy wanted to humiliate Becky in the worst way. She thought long and hard to come up with a plan to get her. She decided to set her up to be publicly messed and humiliated. Everyone was at the Rovers as usual. Tracy proposed that someone should get covered in mess for a special event that was being held there. She made it seem that she was volunteering to be the one to get covered in mess, so everyone agreed. Everyone did think that it was very suspicious. When she spoke to Becky and Steve about it, Becky replied,” Yeah great idea. I’m sure everyone would love that.” “I was hoping you would say that Becky,” Tracy replied smugly. Becky knew that she must be up to no good.

Tracy then went up and took a microphone. “Well, everyone. I think we all agreed that a perfect way to end the evening would be a good old messing. Luckily, someone here has been gracious enough to agree to be the one on the receiving end. Yeah I know,” she said, still making out like she was the one who would be getting messy. “Let’s hear it for Becky McDonald,” Everyone cheered. They chanted her name. Becky was gobsmacked. She was speechless. She was pushed forward. Tracy smiled and pushed her into a seat. “Wait, I never said.. but,” she tried to protest. Tracy whispered, mocking her,” I am going to love every second of this. You didn’t think that I would actually volunteer to do this, did you?” She then said,” Let’s hear it for her. What a great sport. Can you believe that she was nice enough to volunteer to do this? I for one would not want to get near this stuff we have for her today.” Becky looked out to Steve and everyone else, but found no assistance there.

“Let’s bring it out. Let’s see what we have for her today. Oh no. Oh my gosh, look at that. It is absolutely revolting. Ick, and it smells absolutely minging,” Tracy was handed a massive bowl of what looked like clam chowder or kitchen slop. It was all white and sloppy. It almost looked like rotting coleslaw. She was not wrong, the smell was revolting. “Come on everyone get your cameras out, you are going to want to get a good view of this. Becky shook her head in anger and disgust. She closed her eyes and put her hands over her face.

Tracy lifted the bowl and began to lead everyone in chants of, “mess her, mess her.” She then tilted the bowl over Becky’s head. Everyone erupted in laughter as the contents of the bowl slipped out and poured all over Becky’s head and down her face. The thick bits stuck to her head and shoulders as the watery, creamy parts rolled down her cheeks and nose. Everyone howled in laughter at her embarrassment.

Tracy poured more all over her. Some fell onto her lap, down her jacket and top and down her back. Tracy took her hands and rubbed some around on her chest and face. Tracy pointed and laughed, “Look at this dirty bitch,” she chuckled. Becky was humiliated beyond belief. Everyone she knew was watching this happen to her and doing nothing in her defence. Afterwards, Tracy was sure to make lots of copies of the pictures and to post them far and wide.
