Gwen Stefani the Gunge
Gwen Stefani wore a pair of repulsive black and white polka
dot culottes with bright red suspenders, with a leopard print shirt. Her outfit
was truly hideous. She looked like an explosion at a laundromat. She also wore
really loud makeup as well. She liked to dress this way often, as outlandish as
she may appear to others. Dressing this way was kind of showing off a little
bit for sure. She was doing a show that was a take-off on the concept of the
Voice. She was sat in the Voice chair as normal and was listening to acts. It
was the same thing as usual. She would press a button when she liked an act and
the chair would spin around. On this occasion, however, that would not be the
only thing that would happen. This time, when the chair began to spin, messy
gunge would be released from above, all over her. Everyone else knew this fact
except for Miss Stefani. It would make for some delicious anticipation of what
was about to occur.
No one knew when she would press her buzzer so the
anticipation grew steadily throughout the show. Several acts came on. They were
marginal. They were ok but nothing very special. Gwen did not press her buzzer,
but came very close to a couple times. As dramatic as the show was normally,
this made things even more so. There was also a chance that she would not press
her buzzer at all. This was something that no one wanted to happen.
They then put an act on who was very good. Gwen still did
not push her buzzer straight away either. The tension built even more. Everyone
could see that she was strongly considering pushing the button. She waited
until almost the last possible moment.
Finally, she pushed the buzzer and her chair spun around. In
that instant, almost immediately, a wave of sloppy green and brown gunge
plummeted down upon her. Her mouth fell open and everyone erupted in laughter
as the gunge dumped squarely upon her. The chair continued to spin as well,
making an effect similar to the piewash, pouring streams of sloppy gunge all
over her. She could be heard uttering,” Oh my God,” as gunged poured all over
her, covering her hideous getup in the process. She laughed. She looked up and
shook her head, opening her mouth and wiggling.
The chair slowly eased to a stop. She shouted,” WTF,” with a
smile and laugh. “Oh what happened Gwen?,” the host asked. She looked at him
and laughed. “It’s ok, look at me. That was so much fun. I love it. “
“Can I watch that back again?,” she asked. The whole thing
was shown again on a big screen in slow motion. She laughed and enjoyed seeing
what had just happened to her. Surprisingly, she found this hilarious. She
jokingly posed and blew kisses.
