Not saved from the mess by the bell

Kelly Kapowski and Lisa Turtle were the two most popular girls at Bayside. They were fancied by Zach and Screetch. They were played by Tiffany Amber Thieassan and Lark Vorhees. The two ladies were always rejected the guys and getting laughs at their expense both on the show and in real life. The guys ended up challenging the girls to appear as opponents on a messy gameshow which pitted the two teams against one another. The girls only accepted the challenge because every time that something like this went down in the past, they would always be the ones who would make the guys look foolish. The girls were pretty self-absorbed as well, so the thought of losing and getting messed was horrifying to them. Unfortunately for them, this time the game would not be rigged in their favour.

The game was going to be on a nationally televised kid’s show. It was sort of like a mix between fun house, Saturday mash up and wild and crazy kids. The two teams would compete in a physical challenge. What was at stake was something similar to dump o from an old show, but to a greater degree. There were two large dumpsters filled with garbage and leftover food waste that would be raised and deployed over each member of the losing team.

The host began the show by introducing everyone. “Today from Bayside in California we have Screetch and Zach challenging Kelly and Lisa.” Of course, though they played high school students. These were the cast members competing. They themselves were all well into their twenties at this stage. The ladies wore their typical later 80’s, early 90’s tacky clothing with lots of animal prints, tye dye and neon pink and green colour schemes. Kelly wore a skirt, Lisa for a jean skirt outfit.

The game was to be throwing rubber fish into a frying pan and then into a large cylinder. One team member would have to pass the fishes to the other through the air and the other would have to try and toss them into the cylinder. This was not as easy as it looked. They would have 60 seconds. The team who caught the most fish would win. Everyone got into position and the buzzer sounded, signalling the start of the game. The action was fast and furious.

It was very difficult. At first, neither team could get the hang of it and they each only had one fish each after the first thirty seconds had elapsed. At this stage things got more intense. The guys bagged two more, while the girls only got one more, giving the guys the lead with fifteen seconds left. Both teams then got one more each. For a second the girls thought that they had tied it up, but then realised that they were still one behind as the buzzer sounded. The two looked at each other with their mouths wide open in shock. The guys high fived and celebrated. The girls were quickly whisked away to the two seats that were set up beside the two dumpsters.

The dumpsters were at either side of them. They each had release switches next to which the two guys were placed. Zach by Kelly’s and Screetch by Lisa’s. When the time came, the dumpsters would first raise then tip, dumping their loads all over the ladies. The ladies shook their heads and laughed, burying their faces in their hands. They knew that they were about to get completely trashed. They looked very embarrassed.

 The guys were then given the signal. The looked at one another, laughed and pushed their releases. The dumpsters raised into the air. They ascended and then began to tip towards each of the ladies. There seemed to be a slight pause before two tidal waves of garbage fell from the dumpsters all over them both. She shrieked as the fowl smelling rubbish poured down upon them. The audience could be heard audibly gasping and saying things like yuck. The rubbish looked authentic and extremely revolting.

It was mainly brown and extremely filthy. It plopped all over them, all over their bodies and all over their hideous outfits. Blobs of mess stuck everywhere all over them. They screwed up their faces and stuck their tongues out making disgusted looks. They even held their noses. The rubbish smelled putrid. There were bits of half-eaten food in the garbage that the girls could feel all over their bodies. The guys pointed and laughed at them. Mess plopped down their skirts and off of their legs.

Lisa in particular screamed and threatened the guys, saying that she was going to get them back for this and saying how disgusting this was. She tried to throw handfuls of the rubbish at the guys.
