Women’s tag team Zappduel

Zappduel was recreated with a WWE theme. Tag team partners were going to be on representing each other in a recreation of the segment from Zapplive. One team member would be answering the questions. They would be representing their team mate and trying to prevent their teammate from the fate of the gunge that was in the buckets above their heads.

The wrestlers answering the questions would be Bayley and Tamina. They would be representing Sasha Banks and Nia Jax respectively. Sasha and Nia were in the unenviable position of being the partners that were sat below the gunge buckets. They were dressed in street clothes. Their names were on the chalk boards behind them.

One of the familiar hosts started the segment out, but spoke in English this time. “Welcome to Zappduel. Today we have a match between two tag teams in the WWE at the moment. We have Sasha and Bayley taking on Nia Jax and Tamina. This is not going to be a wrestling match, but a quiz. The titles are not on the line, but what is on the line is our famous Zapplive trophy and more importantly, a bucket of sloppy gunge. Bayley and Tamina will be buzzing in to answer the questions. The team that gets the most questions right will be the winners. What will then happen to either Sasha or Nia, is that the cord will be pulled on the person from the losing team and as you can see, the bucket above that person’s head will pour down the gunge that is inside all over that person.”

They then went over to the ladies sat beneath the buckets. “Sasha, how are you feeling your fate lies in your partner Bayely’s hands.” She blushed a bit and giggled. “I’m pretty nervous. He had better do a good job. Otherwise. It is going to be all over me isn’t it.” She put her hands out as if to beg Bayley to do a good job. “Nia what are you thinking right now?,” they asked. “Well, I am thinking that we have it covered. I don’t think it will be me who ends up covered in slime. I think that our friend Sasha over here is going to be the one who ends up completely covered in slime.” Sasha and Nia looked at each other and laughed because they knew that their fate was in the hands of their tag team partners.

The presenter began to ask the questions. Bayley buzzed in for the first one. Sasha was shown crossing her fingers. The answer Bayley gave was incorrect. When the second question was asked, Bayley buzzed in again. There was a pause after the answer that she gave. Nia and Sasha were shown looking nervous. This time she was correct. The score was one to nothing in favour of Bayley and Sasha. Tamina buzzed in for the third question. Sasha was shown gritting her teeth. Tamina got in correct. Nia did a little celebration dance as they were awarded the second point, tying things up at one point a piece. Sasha shook her head.

Tamina buzzed in again to answer the next question. She was correct. Sasha’s eyes widened then she laughed. Nia pointed at her. The score was now two points to one. The next point would be a very important one. Time was running out as were questions. Bayley and Sasha could tie the game up if they got this one correct. If Tamina got this one correct, her team would have a two point lead and the other team would not be able to catch up. The tension began to rise. It was all going to come down to this. Everyone held their breath.

The question was asked. Both team buzzed in simultaneously. It was revealed that Tamina was a split second quicker to buzz in. There was then a pause to see if she was correct or not. “It all comes down to this. Tamina, you are absolutely correct, which means that you win the point and the game.” Nia did a fist pump. Sasha was laughing and blushing. The trophy was brought over to Tamina. Bayley shrugged her shoulders and mouthed the word, sorry to Sasha.

“Tamina and Nia are our winners. That means they take home the trophy, but it also means something very important for Sasha Banks. “They went over to Sasha. “Sasha, Bayley failed to win didn’t she? You know what is going to happen now.” Sasha shook her head, laughed and said please. “It means that you are the one who is going to get the gunge all over you.” She looked up at them as they went over to the cord. “All over me yes. Oh my gosh, don’t remind me.” Nia and Tamina got into position to watch this happen.

Nia then said,” Can I do it?,” she asked,” Can I be the one who gets to do this to her?” The presenter agreed. Sasha buried her face in her hands as Nia walked over and positioned herself by the cord. “Ok, Nia when you are ready, it is time to let the slime fall on Sasha.”

Sasha gave a pained look as she looked up at the bucket positioned right above her head. Nia laughed as she pulled the cord. The bucket tipped, pouring smooth light green gunge all over Sasha. It poured down her face and purple hair and then all over her chest and legs, coating her in the smooth, sloppy slime. Everyone else roared in laughter as they watched Sasha getting slimed. Even Bayley could not help but enjoy seeing this happen to her best friend.

Sasha threw her head back in laughter, coated in slime. It continued to drip all over her. A replay was then shown in slow motion of the sliming.

The whole locker room and social media was soon filled pictures of Sasha slimed. There were before and after split pictures posted everywhere. Sasha even posted some herself saying,” I just got slimed.”
